the 9 games covers this world cup and the next plus one or two games after that.

The 4 month Stadium ban means he can't even be a spectator at a little league game.   He's gonna miss 2 European tournament plus his team is thinking of releasing him.  Barcelona might not want him anymore.   His sponsors are kicking him out to.   so it's going to cost him 50 or more million dollars at least.   

Of course he can still play in Uruguay league but he won't make the kind of money he makes now.
