Going to an Godzilla convention in Chicago

Hey guys,

Tomorrow I'm hitting the road for Chicago for a Godzilla convention :rock. Don't worry I'll take a lot of pics. I saved more money this time so I'll be bringing home more expensive figures :x (hopefully). I'm bringing my communicator/tablet with me too so keep a eye out for AAR reports! I'll be home on Sunday (after hitting Cebala's for their wild game deli and their gun hall)

BTW, I'm getting better, my taste is getting normal (finally!) but still taking shots for my blood clot.

Looking forward to seeing the Godzilla pictures. I'm a huge fan of Godzilla and saw the new movie that came out a few months ago. Definitely impressed with the film. Be safe in Chicago!

Saw the flick with my daughter... At a couple of points in the film, she gave me the elbow for "inappropriate laughter". That's so like her. She claims I'm an overgrown kindergartner. Why I laughed: cgi or not, it often looks like dudes in rubber suits busting wrasslin' moves.

Anyway, enjoy... I still have a VHS copy of the original and do a pretty good impression... Good enough that, once long ago, it was a nickname.

Great to hear Falcon!!  Enjoy yourself. Can't wait to see the pics. I'm so a big Godzilla movie fan, although I like the old ones   :aok

Guys,

Sorry for not posting AAR's. The WIFI wasn't free. I bought ALOT of figures. Spent 1,200 bucks. Most expensive figure was 400. I'll post up an report tomorrow. Came home few hours ago. I got few pics of my stash and an awesome pic of one of my favorite Japanese actress' too. Will post them tomorrow.

Again I apologize for lack of posts.
