Trade her in for one that isn't broken.  Mine keeps Fridays wide open so I can make FSO. Keeps me out of the bar scene. LOL

Yep. Mine has used that for a 11-12 years now. Keeps me home and out of trouble Friday nights. Although sometimes she gets mad at me for yelling on the radio.

There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

LOL!  Mine calls them the voices in my head, due to the headset.

Mine does her best to keep Fridays open, but sometimes real people stuff comes up and we both know it comes first, lest my boobie supply suddenly disappear.  :uhoh

We make sure to do stuff together other nights so Friday has a better chance of maintaining its "holy ground" status.

Mine's also a gamer, so she either plays the Xbox, or goes to bed to read when I get online.  We have an agreement. :D

My problem lies with the three year old daughter who sometimes wants to get up and hang out mid-sortie.

I've been threatened with divorce back in the 90's back when the monthly bill to play air warrior was running anywhere from $700 upwards to $1,100 a month...

We worked it out by getting her involved with online gaming, she got into that, which led to her getting into graphics...which now she does custom designed vehicle wraps from race cars to corporations...

Good Luck

Ah, the "good" ol' days. Don't really miss 'em, but their memory does make me feel warm and fuzzy inside, sometimes. It was a lot of fun flyin back then. It was just...so....new, I guess. <"And I go diving down">

I went through each event held in the Special Events Arenas: days, times, hours invested to play them, what they were about etc. Basically buried her in detail.
I then told her how much I know she does for me, pointed out a few things I do for her, asked her if I couldn't have just a bit of time Tuesday nights for the AHXARL. Explained that being a CM, I had to invest a bit of time occasionally designing and posting a track layout and description, followed by a quick computation of the finishers and the posting of the logs. Also 'splained to her that she knew exactly where I would be, not drinking or carousing around getting wasted or chasing wild women (Except maybe Flossy, in game, but she lives to far away to be a real threat), and that I would be in bed before the chickens woke up and rubbing her back until she fell asleep, or fell back asleep.
Maybe I just have a good woman, but she fell for my story, hook line, and sinker, so it is only rarely that I get told not to go try to Fxxk somebody up in "that stupid game", or (insert derogatory message here).
Tuesday night is race night here in The Beagle Inn, and I, By golly, wear the pants in this family.
