Blake Stone  Folks missed out on this one.  It's release was just very poor.  Had Doom been released a bit later, or Blake Stone a bit sooner, then it would be more well known I think.

Star Trek: Starfleet Command line.  I was disappointed with III, truth be told.  But II was a very fun one with me.

I really liked the original Castle Wolfenstein. 

I, too, liked Starfleet Command and Starfleet Command II.  I have a copy of the later in my office bookshelf, as we used to play it after hours on the lan.
