Has a problem GM been dumped on your location so that she can fail and be gotten rid of?
You will be a hero and a target by exposing yourself to management as willing to report management to management. Especially since I will venture none of her management you have contacted is making any written or verbal agreements to you in reward or in help for your actions so far. You are exposed and of your only initiative, so they are all free of entanglement with you.
She may be there on work improvement probation to either improve herself or give her management enough documentation to get rid of her. Enter yourself contacting her management uninvited. In the end you may help get rid of the problem GM but, someone has to pay for bucking management. Yes, they will be rid of a problem GM at the same time or, she will be improved and not happy with you. The problem GM's staff usually suffers during these soap operas.
Not knowing anything about your new GM's specific situation with upper management will get you blind sided. Unless you are reporting an "egregious violation" of company policy, or state\federal employment law. And her replacement may well be fully informed about your actions and not care for an employee like that.
Stop exposing yourself until you know much more about your GM's situation with the company. Management protects the company first. They can get more associates.
I suspect with your work schedule, you are far into sleep debt, and it's effecting your usual excellent analytical reasoning and self control. You will just get pooped on in this kind of soap opera in that state.
