Romanian Stuka
« on: October 28, 2014, 03:53:29 AM »
Thanks to Lyric1 for finding me the info on this aircraft.

This Ju-87D Stuka was operated against the Soviets by 3/6 Dive Bomber Group of the Romanian Air Force in September 1944. An ex-Luftwaffe machine, it had its German markings crudely painted over and replaced with Romanian AF ones. The slogan "Hai Noroc!" loosely translates as the toast "Cheers!".
