Gunner "join" feature request

I think it would be nice to be able to enable an "auto-join" feature for squad members. If some of us are AFK on climbout, it would really be cool if squad members could join the bombers as gunners without the pilot having to allow. Of course, squad members only, and this feature should be something the player can toggle on and off (off, by default, of course).

First I would like to know if there's a gunner in my plane.   sometimes they ball and you won't know about it.

The ability to kick a gunner as well.  Sometimes your gunner has something come up that requires them to just up and leave.  Emergencies do happen.
