I"m a huge Green Lantern fan, so I'd probably do this:



The aircraft name is "Bad Kitty" and the mascot is Dex-Starr the Rage Cat from the Red Lantern Corps comics.

So glad it is not on option, I like the historical skins....but if it wasn't on option I'm sure this would be all the rage

Something to this effect. If I was flying a bomber (preferably B-17), I'd name it the Fallen Angel - (Although I'm not sure "fallen" bodes well for an aircraft...) NOTE: I made the image as a composite of other images I found on Google and then layered together.

If I was flying an attack/fighter (preferably P-47), I'd paint the nose similar to the A-10 Warthog style with "hog-teeth" on the side of the nose. The name would be Ragin' Razorback.

I'd paint mine in a tribute to Spinal Tap's "Smell the glove" album, and I'd put an "11" on the tail.

I know, I was dense. After looking around I probably still should've credited/licensed the various sources even though this is a forum and I certainly didn't want to claim any credit for myself. I just wanted to put a picture together to illustrate my vision for my personal nose art. I took it down anyway, probably would be prudent to just describe it.

In AW we skinned planes. Some of the paintjobs were pretty rediculous.
Im glad they dont allow anything but historical skins here. Though I would like to be able to add a personal insignia along with the squad art.

Not that it matters. If you'ree in an airplane you cant see it anyway unless you're on the ground or flying in good tight formation. Something few seem to be capable of.
