OK, I will admit it, this is a "whine" post! Last night we had a base ready for capture and 4 straight times, from 3 different bases, someone came straight to our goon and killed it.
Goons can be seen for long distances.
For example this one:
I was looking for that goon as the Vbase had been freshly deacked by a well known basetaking squad, but was still flashing. I was circling the base area lookign for it, mostly suspecting it in a specific direction because of the local conditions (position of other friendly bases/working dars.
And there it was, landed and waiting for a clear sky:
I was well beyond 6k out when I spotted the goon. Of course I turned into it, closed in and shot.
Result?
"You came straight at me!" (Followed by the usual crap of cheat/shade/hack accusations)
Of course I did. That's what you do when you want to shoot at the enemy
