It has been on service since october and the prop is in Germany for scheduled overhaul. I want to fly now... Even if only for an hour

My father had the rare opportunity to get to be a passenger on the concord. He flew across the United States and it took him about 2:30 hours.

He said the plane felt like it reached the top of the atmosphere and felt like he was almost in space.

It was obviously to expensive too fuel.

My plane of choice would be an F22. Ive always wondered what it would be like to take a flight in a jet.

Would love to fly a extra 300 aswell for the stunts.

In WW2 Id go with a F4U, p47, or p51. Tough choices haha

Concorde flew charters across the U.S. (check this page, section 'charter destinations'). It flew indeed subsonic above land, but it is possible that some of the special flights were supersonic.
