Large Maps
« on: August 07, 2015, 12:22:02 AM »
Please do away with them, they are killing action.

I am trying hard to keep coming back here, but with 200 guys spread across 200 bases makes things hard to have fun like we could in the old days (when the game was populated).

I keep hoping they come up with a way to weather in parts of the big maps based on number of players.  Including things like HQ and strats during low p[lay hours.  My WAG is though, that would not be easy to code.  Might be cool too if the weathered in moved around.

It would be neat and it would save maps.

I just recently started playing again, still messing about offline with the alpha, but what are numbers like in there now at prime time? *US primetime anyway

Bigger maps! We want them bigger!
Add more bases and move them farther apart. Last night I took off and not only there was a greenie in my field of origin, I think I saw a red icon far in the distance somewhere along the route. That should never happen.
