In almost every battle, there's only enemies of one team going after you. 3 sided battles are exceedingly rare in AH.
Our MA setting of Rooks, Knights and Bishops, with every team flying all models of planes, ain't going to be any more 'historical' by eleminating, say, the Knights.

I understand what your saying, but as Lusche pointed out most battles ARE 1 team against 1 team.

Spiting the teams into two and using a historic plane set would kill this game even faster than it is going down now.

As long as we have P-38s fighting P-38s, Spitfires fighting Mustangs, etc., you can't possibly think just switching to a 2 sided war will make it any more "historical".

One of the cruise ships I used to work in "96/97 we did transatlantic cruises, from New York to Lisbon, Portugal  ,7 boring days at sea ,rain and fog only ; If we would have feed the passengers with mashed potatoes only breakfast, lunch, dinner  i mean same boring map 7 days, everybody would have jumped overboard screaming, viva la ghost ship.

Well the point I was making is with two sides there would be "more" one on one battles then with three sides.

Its pretty easy to comprehend. Imagine if all we had to worry about would be those sneaky Huns in WW2? And all they had to worry about were those Yanks with the cheap hair grease? Instead of spreading the love over several fronts we'd have one big Huzzah of a battle, "which is better then two little beer fart battles".

Kinda like what TT did back when we had two maps the other six days. Hell, anythings better then this. I see three sides on one huge map and just want to cry.
