Nvidia Driver 358.87 WHQL has been released today.

Release Highlights:

Still no fix for the Windows 10 SLI bug (nothing displayed in Media Player). There are about a half dozen fixes for W10, so they are working on it.

The Multi-GPU (SLI) performance loss issue still requires forcing maximum performance, rather than allow throttling.

Only if you plan on playing CoD Black Ops III or Fallout 4, otherwise if everything works now, no need to update.
