Another great night of fights ! My thanks to everyone who participated. <S>
I got the impression last night via a "country text" that we were intruding somewhat
by using the "standard" channels in MidWar for Monday Night MidWar Madness.
So, let's just do this to keep it simple. Rooks and Knights both use 151 vox and text.
Cross-country comms don't work on the "100s" band so that'll work and keep it
easy to remember if guys wind up swapping back and forth for play balance.
Personally, I was open to expanding the window from 7PM to 11PM Eastern, but
that hasn't really worked out as nobody is in there and ready to rock at 7PM.
So, I'll be pushing the 8-10PM Eastern time slot "officially". If guys want to show
up earlier or later, that's perfectly fine and they can get the ball rolling.
I personally just don't want to commit to four hours.
Again, my thanks to all who attended and made it as much fun as it was!
And especially to Hell Buck, who came up with this great idea. <S>

Best regards, Odd

It is interesting to me that some of the MW regulars did not seem happy that we were there.  They kept saying things like, "Why are they here?" "Why don't they go to the DA?" etc.

They did acknowledge we really weren't hurting anything for them since we were confining ourselves to one part of the map, but it just astounds me that you can get good numbers in one of these arenas for a night and it's totally unwelcome.  I think the AvA guys would twitch a little if they heard some of the comments :)

Almost an accurate assessment but very few climb out over 8k for their milk runs.  :rofl

It actually makes for good hunting, except when it's 10 vs 2 vs 1 and you are one of the latter.  You make a successful defense against everything they throw at you and then they inevitably decide to go hit the OTHER low man country leaving you stuck on the other side of the map with 30 minutes before your next side switch
