Tried to get the update Beta 1 by going online, no forced update.

Reverting to manual update mental mode....... :noid

Had the TE open for about 30 min working on a terrain. Save then build went ok. On exit the TE error'd giving me the windows find a solution window.

While adjusting head position, you can move outside the aircraft.

Weight and Climb don't show as values on E6B, just say "weight" & "climb".

Thanks for sorting the clouds, the annoying middle distance shimmy is barely noticeable now.

Lots off unnesary shadows in cockpit, sun shadows did not seem to move according to plane's movement. Also numbers on dials were somewhat blurred. Colors and details looked great on everything else so far.

Also , did not like the "HUD" of the thin calibrated white lines.

Will we have to reprogram our joysticks  ?

Asked some others if they are getting the tree ring effect of the sky & they said no. With the new patch I am still getting it. Is there a setting that I can adjust for this this? I have played about with a few of the settings nothing seems to make a difference.

Lyric, check to make sure you have drivers for your monitor set and are not using a generic driver.
If you like the Sick Puppy Custom Sound Pack the please consider contributing for future updates by sending a months dues to Hitech Creations for account "Chalenge." Every little bit helps.

Lyric,

I really think this has more to do with your brightness, gamma or vibrance settings on your end.  I couldn't comprehend even what you were talking  about until I stared at the screenshot long enough that I eventually saw "slight" ring shapes.  I believe I have seen this type of effect in general if I over saturate an image.  I tend to add in vibrance and saturation, as much as I can get, without throwing other realistic properties out of wack.

My first impressions.  Frame rate that is usually 59fps is 7fps on beta.  Even after turning off all the details etc. and changing the resolution for my video card.  My computer is only 1.5 years old too.
