Eric Brown has died.

Eric Brown has died.  He was probably the best test pilot in the world, and had flown more aircraft types than any other person.

Had the great honor of meeting this gentleman back in 2007. His passing is a great loss to the aviation community.

It was always interesting to hear his views on any number of documentaries I have watched.

Much respect and a big loss to aviation.

Mr.Brown signed his book for me in Flying Legends 2006. He noticed the Finnish Air Force t-shirt I was wearing, remember him saying "Finns truly knew how to make the Buffalo work!"

<S> to Mr.Brown, blue skies! He had a long and very eventful life!
