So .... perks need improving? Meh.  :D

(I'm not seeing suggestions making the current system better. Sorry, jmo.)

Here is one suggestion I posted on the first page of this thread to make perks easier to spend for players.

I would also like to see the different perk categories be removed and replaced by a universal perk pool.  Would make it easier for players to spend perks.

Just seems weird to resup your way to a 262 to me. But then, I'll give it some open-minded thought. :)

Arlo, common, by the time you get to one tempest or a chog worth of driving around in an M3. You will fly one of them to stop the brain numbing head ach.

It's not like any of us are really pilots, anyway or that the 262, Chog or B-29 are actually reserved for the best. Besides, I'm now on my third account and threw away what little perks I gathered from the first two without shedding a tear. :D

(Don't perk the F4U-1A or the B-17) ;)

Oh ..... Sparvierooooooo!   :aok

if you dont have enough perks to fly what you want, when you want , then you should really stop wasting your perkies.

I've been thinking recently a good way to be able to spend perks more would be battlefield modifications

Mods would have to be historically confirmed with numerous sources like what we currently have to do to get a new crate in for consideration, this could be things such as different engines, fuel tanks and of course armament

eg; the MIG-3 had 1x12.7 mm UBS machine gun and 2x7.62 mm ShKAS machine guns BUT some delivered to the front would have 2xShVak installed
I've also heard of RAAF spits being modified to have larger fuel tanks

Could be a worth while investment to those who dislike 262's cause they can't use 30mm's well or can't handle the huge torque of the Tempest

just my 2 cents

Why not just up a new plane?  :old:

In the MA, mostly to not spend a sortie. If you play for score or like getting a high kills/sortie this can affect that. Sometimes you take off with too little/much gas and need to change without expending a sortie.

In the Special events, you may want to choose more or less gas depending on where the fight is. You simply can't just re -roll from the nearest base if you tower out (in the FSO for example). You have to re-arm in order to get back to the fight more quickly.

The same applies for fixing damage on the re-arm too, IMO.

Would be good for upping bombers light from a porked field and arming else where

I still think a perked ordnance system would be another good way to spend our perks.  Would be nice to be able to spend some perks to take HVAR rockets on a B-25H or torpedoes on a B-26.

most vet players have thousands of perkies because they dont care to fly perked planes.

most guys that have been around here for a few months dont have perks because they crash every single perked plane they up as soon as they can afford it.

Or they don't have a lot of perks because they only fly ENY 5 rides...  :D
