Updated no problem.

While flying from A42 headed southeast towards the mountain, noticed the mountain morphing as you changed the "detail" slider.

Updated no problem.

The field down times appears to be working.

the terrain detail slider def changed my frame rate which is 17 if I hit the default button.  :uhoh

I'll try to wedge my vehicle in a tree later.

Updated fine. Graphic and Font issue seems to have disappeared. Getting great frame rates. 35-40 in tower and 59-60 in flight with settings fairly high. Can't wait to really see some action.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

Spawn jeep V150 base spawn and roll off tarmac into oblivion.  Give air time achievement then rolls and rolls forever.  Have to kill game as cannot /.ef until you are stopped

<edit> - when I relaunched the game it put me back in flight on the tarmac.  I turned left and was able to get out but still got bumped by some unknown obstacle

Spawn jeep from V90 to NE and spawns into a truck.  Stuck fast.

Was able to spawn 20+ times after that with no issue.

Installed update ok.

Still can't make the aileron trim work on various HOTAS, I've tried all three, and elevator and rudder work, but won't work for aileron even if I try the same hats that just worked for rudder/etc.

Also, the reflections were set to "1" when I updated, and now I can't change them.  If I try switching reflections on/off, or from max to none, it always reverts to just "1" in the clip board settings.  Disabling shadows and other stuff still works, as does enabling them, but reflections/update is stuck on 1 regardless of any changes made.

I have the same issue, and the shadows are very blocky and flicker. They lose a lot of resolution halfway down the wing.

I noticed that the sea was vanishing before the terrain and leaving a straight line across the screen.

Exhaust form planes starting up isn't volumetric and the flap texture clips with the airframes.

The hills/mounds around the gun emplacements clips and flickers, the issue is worse than before.

Some of the shadows in cpit are not lining up to the frames of the canopy, seen in 190s. Also shadow missing around the P51 gun sight

EM slider does nothing and jumps back to 0 (what mine used to be set at) on "OK" no matter what I set it for.
V139 has trees growing out of one building.
V139 you can fall through the ground coming out of hanger spawn necessitating an Alt-F4.
Some trees in these groupings can be driven through with no collision (CraterMA): -29099,3875,115382,-0.0,-0.3,1.1; -29286,3875,115362,-0.0,-0.3,42.4
When you flip a Jeep over it often falls through the ground and requires an Alt-F4 to get out.

Terrain Detail slider frame rate testing showed going from default (about 12%) to max has no effect on my frame rate.  Thanks for adding this: it improves the look of the mountains with very little to no adverse effects on frame rate.

The right click DT appears to work properly.  I tested by killing one then the other guns at a small Vehicle field and it showed properly.  Other bases worked as well and selecting the flak bases no longer sometimes gives the local HQ or City down time info.

It appears to be significantly less likely to get stuck when colliding with trees; I hit a lot of trees.  However, it is still possible especially with trees with low lying branches and especially if you try to pass then on the high side of a slope.  The vehicle can then slide sideways down into the tree and get stuck.  I managed to get stuck in these trees (CraterMA):

Up dated to patch 14 and installed it with no problems. FPS is fine, expect when I first spawn in on runway then FPS is as low as 17 to 54, once in the air the FPS is between 57-60. My garphic card is a MSI GTX 960 4GB DRR5 128 bit, it really don't matter if I SLI the cards or not FPS is about the same.
I have been doing some heavy beta testing on the heavy bombers here are my finding and results:
1) Lancaster 3: The Lancaster bomber has a sound problem which has been comfrimed by, SFOX, Navy84, BZCajun, and a few others. When you start up the Lancaster engine there is no sound at all in either the internal (cockpit view) or external (F3 view). However for me I can hear sound when I first start up the engines, once the engines have completely started up, the sounds of the engine completely stops. I don't about the other players wh have comfrimed the no engine sound, I still can hear the landing gears go up and down, also can hear the flaps go up and down, and bomb bay doors open and close.

2) B-29: The B-29 is working fine, however there is one problem with the B-29, the manifold pressure needle is not working right. After take off and climb to 2,000 ft., I put into auto-climb, I drop my RPM's to Nornal Power at 2400 rpms the manifold pressure needle stayed at 47.5, I believe it should drop to about 42 MP. Later I drop the rpms Max Cruise which is 2200 rpms, the manifold pressure needle stayed at 47.5 and did not drop to the correct reading, I believe it should be around 40 or 38.5 MP. After about 1 1/2 hours of flight time and the ALT. of about 27,000 ft. the manifold pressure needle finally moved to the correct manifold prressure reading.
I believe this a bug, the manifold pressure needle should move to the correct reading after you drop your RPMs. It shouldn't take 1 1/2 hours of flight time before it moves to the correct reading. Other then the manifold pressure needle problem, the B-29 works great.

3) B-17G: The B-17G is working beautifully, no problems.

4) B-24J: The B-24J is working great, I did have one problem, this may be just a one time thing, I was in the bombsight, just when I was ready to drop my bombs, the bombsight just went black for about 3-5 seconds, then it reappeared. I redid my bomb run and this time nothing happen. Like I said it may have been a one time thing.

There are few odd things happening with the bombers, one player reported that he had lag with his drones, lagging about 2k from the lead plane.
I tested on a formation of B-17's and B-29's. With the B-17's and B-29's, both times I climb to 20K and went into the bombsight and turn the planes. In the B-17's after I turn went to auto-level went to F3 view and both drons were about 3k behind me, few minutes later then join the formation.
I did the same thing with the B-29's after the turn went to F3 view and both drones was about 2k behind me, they too join formation with in a few minutes. Is this a bug? Not sure maybe a internet thing.
Another odd thing, I was flying on the Bish side, I think it was A64 or 54, it is the 2k air field, took Ki 67 from there I believe on NW runway, there is a little hill at the end of runway. Once up in the air and wheels up, I did a gentle right hand turn, after turn went to auto-climb, went to external view F3 and looked behind me, saw my Ki 67 drones flying stright, a few minutes later they join the formation. I never saw that happen before.

Also the reflextion on the B-17 engine 1 and 2 of the B-17G cockpit, I just went in the graphic card and turned off the reflextion, end of problem.

This is my report and finds for Aces High 3 Beta Patch 14.

Looking up sound stutters, look left higher engine sound on left not right, and look right higher engine sound on right not left. Looks and feels good overall.

Map Down Time: Refresh Error
On ndisles terrain, took a typhoon over to V23 and blew stuff up.  Right-clicked V23 on clipboard and selected V23 Down Times.  Everything had a checkmark in the left pane and the right pane was blank.  I had destroyed some fuel bunkers so I clicked Bunk Fuel in left pane and the right pane then said "Field 23 is completely alive."  Clicked the Refresh button and got the error message "Invalid File Number 70848859 Field Cnt 63."

I did some frame rate testing with the detail slider. I tested in CraterMA online with FOV 100, Vsnyc off.

To start with I had all other sliders at max detail and all graphics options on except EM at one notch. Here the game's frame rate is dominated by how much nearby clutter, (trees etc) is being drawn. So in all situations, tower, GV, aircraft low or high, the difference between the detail slider fully left to fully right was typically only about 0-2 FPS.

Then I tested with all the other detail sliders and options turned off/down, which is more like how someone needing to use the detail slider would have their PC set up. Here it made more of a difference. In a GV I went from 325 FPS to 354 FPS moving the detail slider left to right and in an aircraft at alt it went from 322 to 400 FPS. Biggest difference was in the tower at A1 where it went from 270 to 363. Oddly in the tower at A45 it only changed from 316 to 328.
