Why is criticism of AH so censored on this message board?

Virtually every complaint topic in the forums is a rehash of another old complaint that has been dealt with in one manner or another. Parents understand....
Child: "I want so and so"
Parent: "No"
Child: "But I want it!"
Parent: " NO!"
This goes on until the parental ban hammer comes out. Some people won't take no for an answer, and because of this, HiTech's ban hammer has, deservedly, a hair trigger.

Sincere criticism isn't censored. Berating your host, which is what you frequently do, is generally not tolerated anywhere.

Lefty, we have some great tools in this game and on the boards.  One of the tools I discovered a long time ago is "Show posts" where you can look at all posts by a player, except for those deleted for breaking rules.  After reviewing your posts, I have recently discovered another tool here.

Questions and suggestions aren't censored from what I've seen.  When it gets personal or against the defined rules is when the staff gets involved.
