I don't quite understand what you mean. Can you start the game but can't see the chat dialogue box? Or can't you start the game at all?

/I could not start the game.  I could make it to selecting melee and then would get an error message
I changed the setting name and this worked until I exited game I could not get back in thou the setting had been changed.
It took three tries to download the game.  Dialog box for country chat is still not visible.
Resolution is 5760 by 1080

Here is my confusion.  When you say you cannot start the game, then say you are getting an error when selecting the Melee arena, it is contradictory for me as getting to the Melee selection means the game is running.

What error are you getting when you select the "Melee" arena?  Do you get the same error when selecting other arenas?  Are you able to go offline and fly?

What error were you getting when you tried to download the game?  We actually have no control over this one.

The text box is just off the screen and is a bug introduced in Patch 5.  We will get that fixed shortly.

Aces high has stopped working this occurred when going from melee to training arena I haven't tried off line yet

The text box is just off the screen and is a bug introduced in Patch 5.  We will get that fixed shortly.

  I have tried offline arena and I get aces high has stopped working. Is this a firewall problem?

Offline should not be impacted by a firewall.  There should be a dump file in the Aces High III "temp" folder after a crash. Zip that file up and post it here (expand "Attachments and other options").
