Shift Up Arrow to Repeat Text

A simple wish:  shift-up arrow, or any other combination, to repeat the line of text that was just typed, so that a pm, reply, or message sent to the wrong channel doesn't need to be completed typed again.

I think being able to go up through your previous messages is pretty common in most MMOs, is it not?
