Severe stutters with update 10

Running the DX11 version of AH3 and I experience severe stutters at the occasional base and near CVs.  I do not suffer a loss of frame rates, they stay steady at 59-60fps but the stutters are so severe that when it happens the game is pretty much unplayable.  I don't know if the AH film recorder will show it (I forgot to record on Shadowplay) but I've attached it to this post along with my DXDiag.

My stutters got better but white screen freezes dramatically went up.

Experienced my very first screen freeze since alpha even.  Today's map SFMA 2016, climbing away from field 39 heading west on auto climb and frame rates drastically dropped in an UNUSUAL area.  FPS dropped from steady 57- 59 to 15-29 in the most unusual place on the map.  I was high in the sky and away from any ground structures, ack or clouds.  FPS even improved once I did see clouds.  I was able to recreate the conditions on 2 other flights.

Found my screen stutters, my Firewall was set on "Automatic" switched it to "Interactive" stutters stopped. I was getting stutters all the time, in gv's or planes. As of today everything is back to normal.

dx11 is a bit buggy, think hitech is aware of it and is working on it.  I play dx11 and I do get the stutters several times an hour.  i just put up with it.

No just the AVG. I would change to something else for Anti-Virus, but I've never had any problems with AVG so far.

Severe jitters when gunning on a CV using the Land or Sea mode gun site. It jumps so bad the site is useless. This started with this last update. It gets worse when you zoom in the site.

DX11 version I do not play in DX9

Since the latest update I've also seen severe stutters with DX11 but not DX9.  Don't think it can be the computer or net because the stutters instantly go away when switched from DX11 to DX9 (but I don't know enough to be sure).

(Not on my gaming computer so no DXdiag.)

Only time I get stutters is when I use vox I get spikes in the net then back to normal I had this same problem during beta one night during combat challenge and they we fixed but since last patch they returned

For what its worth I had all sorts of issues with free AVG, stutters - pauses, so I switched to Avira which seemed better but it caused issues with installing the AH3 beta files.  Knock on wood but ever since I went to Eset Nod32 all is good
