Amos for sure is favorite character in the series. Bobbi Draper from the books. Series does not do her justice. Naomi ether, for that matter. Still really enjoying watching it.

The girl playing Bobbi is probably as close as Hollywood can get. Where would you find a woman with that kind of imposing physical stature? Grrrr

The girl playing Bobbi is probably as close as Hollywood can get. Where would you find a woman with that kind of imposing physical stature? Grrrr

Frankie Adams, she is a 6ft tall kiwi of samoan heritage. But her acting for the role is terrible, she is supposed to be a Marine Gunnery Sargeant - but she comes across as a somewhat angry teenager. I imagined her more like a Fijian - those gals are tall and very athletic.

I like the actor, but in the book Bobbi is more than just imposing. She is a brute, a beast with a pretty face.
