Logs from older scenarios

For a while, logs from earlier scenarios were not retrievable on ahevents.net.

I found that re-uploading them can fix that, so I have re-uploaded the following (although they now appear in the dropdown list first instead of more-recent scenarios -- but the recent scenarios are still there, too, farther down the dropdown list):

Road to Rangoon
Battle Over Germany
Philippine Phandango
The Final Battle
Red Storm / Krupp Steel
Coral Sea 2009
Tunisia: Dawn of Battle
Battle of Britain 2008
Rangoon, '42 (2008)

Re-uploading for DGS didn't work, though, so logs are currently not available for earlier than Rangoon 2008.

corrected the order but I can see now that there appear to be some duplicate records in there.
some were already actually uploaded and were uploaded again. I don't know if you want to go through that or if you want me to clean it up.
