Not a recommended tactic, but one of the funniest things I've seen is 8 proxy kills in a Ki-43 by upping from a capped base, and letting the P-38 swarm auger as I frantically avoided gunfire.

Simple:
Up the YB-40 of AH.  3 B-17 Mk40, 25% fuel, dump bombs immediately at launch.
 =
36  .50 cal guns.

There is a different reason for upping a formation of B17s from a capped field, and it isn't so that you can rack up kills. There's another very real reason to roll it, but I won't get into it because it's rather lame IMO and you end up padding kills of vulchers to do it so both sides lose out.
