so I was poking about looking for AH videos with the most views on YT and came across this.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Crg4j4j9VI some German gamer that has 2million subscribers with near 150k views in 2 months since they uploaded it.
You have to watch it to have a giggle at their noobish responses to experiencing the game for the first time

but it is painfully clear that it highlights what I feel to be the biggest drawback we face in terms of getting new players from steam who will do exactly what these two have done and then not play again. Vudu has done a good effort in trying to help the first timers with his videos but throw in a language barrier and thats them stumped.
Configuration, take offs, where to find action in Multiplayer, plane loadouts. You see them attempt to read some of the instruction but still maybe after awhile of an audible warning for say GEARS down it might flash up a tip to say raise gears etc. or an arrow pointing to the Gear lights.
I know we cant lead a horse to water or hold them by the hand every step of the way but ALOT of Germans/ Europeans have now seen that video and probably thought they will never play this game thanks to it. How can we grow player numbers off peak if we cant get some sort of German/ insert language instructions? Looking at Lusche!
