Nearly everything is better with bacon.

My daughter's first complete sentence was "I love bacon."

Better yet, take out the green beans and casserole. Just serve a giant bowl of bacon

I am somewhat ashamed to admit that I have never seen or heard of bacon in green bean casserole.

Alternative question - French cut or regular cut (for those of you who didn't skip the whole green beans part of green bean casserole to begin with)?  I say french cut - it's the only time I don't look for crisp green beans.

Same here.

But guess what goes into the casserole tomorrow!

Heck, you can toss bacon into almost anything.

My Mac & Cheese & Bacon is a big hit around here.  My bacon pancakes are awesome too!

About the only thing I refuse to put bacon into is my Chili.

Bacon in chili just reminded me of one of the best things I have ever put in my mouth.  A friend of ours made lasagna with bacon.  I almost physically loved that meal.

Have not tried bacon in lasagna, but I did make spaghetti and meatballs with bacon in the meatballs.  Oh yeah.  Good stuff.
