Mic Boost Setting Keeps Changing Itself

My mic boost slider keeps slipping back down to the left by itself, making me inaudible to others. Maybe not a bad thing in their ears but...

Seems to happen gradually over time.
Been a problem in the last few updates.
Running DX11 version with Oculus Rift.

You're not alone with your problem, brother. It's been known to happen occasionally, especially after updates. Checking the mic slider every time you're logging in is not too big of a task but it can be annoying.

Ok, ya duh. That fixed the problem, but my forehead will be red for hours from my palm slapping it.

Doright, you're still not alone with your problem... I could have sworn the word "Auto" wasn't there before! I even recall some squad talk about not being able to adjust the Mic DB Boost without that very box checked!

Unchecking the box fixed it for one evening.
