Losing cvs

If your in charge of cv you should have perks taken if destroyed and whole side should lose perks

I had a great one the other night taking out an enemy CV then some guy who didn't even sink it posteg blublub to 200 and started to get plinked by s. And support ships.  Sank the 5 ships but lost my CA so had to try and track out.  Unfortunately got sunk 27km out after 10 minutes of swerving.  It was fun, but SBs woulda been gone too if not for the blublub
