I was being semi serious. But there is no warning it locks your controls right away. And it is not necessarily jerking the stick. In combination of rudder and stick when fighting 4 guys it sometimes requires fast maneuvers of both of them in order to win. (let me add this is when your slow and low and fighting dirty) Also there are silly maneuvers witch require a lot of fast corrections which in rare cases lock your controls as like in the video below..

If the message actually came before your controls get locked it would be a different story..

Edit It should start at 2m24s but its not working... grrr

If it didn`t lock your controls the very fast movement would be translated into aircraft movement and this could result in some unnatural gyrations or other weird movements. It should not matter what control you move or how many you move at the same time. If your controller output signal is smooth and you get this message, then you can increase dampening so this will dampen out too fast movements, so you won`t get any lock up. Would you notice that message if it came during intense fighting and how many milliseconds would you need to notice the message? But every time you would get to that warning threshold you would see the message, would that be better? The current threshold is the same for all players, so in case of a problem I would tweak my system to get the best out of the current setting. There is some control movement resistance in a real aircraft.

The only time I've ever gotten the warning about moving the controls to quick has been while doing point rolls (for fun).  I have never had it happen while in a fight.  YMMV

Since AH1.  Must be the OP's stick calibration, as others have posted.

I have had the same message about moving the stick to quick. I was trying to same my plane or  trying to kill someone's plane. Just adding to the conversation.

Same, but it's not just as simple as being out of calibration though! As  someone else posted, check the raw and scaled windows in advanced settings, also watch the numbers beside the axis,it could be any one of the three axii{es} that is spiking and causing the message and locking the controls.

Warn pots, pinched or loose wires and conectors all could be part of the problem but if you take some time and check the  numbers and watch the raw and scaled windows you can usually solve the issue, but first you need to identify what is causing the issue to begin with!

It's simulating you vomiting all over your lap because it's 1940-something and you don't have a G suit.

Or you just snapped the connecting wire from your stick to your flight control surfaces. Don't know if this ever really happend but who knows.
