Surplus ENY Values

Just tossing this out there.

It would be nice if we could give our leftover ENY values to other players when ENY is say 15, and we want to put together a strike package of planes that are mostly ENY 20 like the D-40 to allow a few guys to take something a bit lower than ENY allows like a Dora.

would be nice to set up a mission with perked rides and have the balance come out of your own overflow points.

As in Bulk "RIDE" 20 eny-with ENY value at 15...using the +5 eny of BULK RIDE to allow same number of 10 ENY support rides?

Would be easily abused from day1. Wanna fly a Pony when ENY is at 20? Get a friend in a Hurri I, make it a 'mission'. You both spawn, he lands immediately while you fly away in your ENY 5 plane.

At that point you're probably starting to make really complicated additional rules in an attempt to prevent such things ;)

Surplus ENY could be valued less per point than standard ENY model.  I like the mission perk points idea mentioned a few posts above quite a lot.
