You ever gonna cut Shida any slack...... 
Aw heck, when Shida first joined the game I thought to myself that here's a player (and eventually a squad, maybe) that'll be the perfect Jolly Roger frienemy. He obviously is into the Empire's Samurai pilot thing and will likely try to emulate them by proudly dying for the Emperor against impossible odds (maybe even coming out victorious, at times). His mouth will never be his sword's sheath. And if he decides to fly solo in the arenas (MA. AvA, etc.) he'll surely become the deadly weapon of the Rising Sun that legend is made of and will be an example for all, either silently slicing up his opponent or respectfully bowing when his opponent shoots him down. I was already prepared to laud and welcome him and even help recruit for him if he decided to lead others in a proper Japanese squadron. I would only recommend to him the most mature and grown up of the lot. He would train them, pilot-wise.
Just a little insight.
to Shida no matter where he is (free custom, likely - or maybe he flies MA under an alias). Besides, until I get my new monitor .... or better yet, goggles .... I fly AH in my dreams only (no really, I've had a few).
