No sim out of the box has even attempted to properly cover Korea since Rowan's outstanding MiG Alley. But both generations of Third Wire's Strike Fighters series had extensive free user mod packages that allow building one hell of a great Korean air war environment with nearly every conceivable aircraft flown during the war being available for AI and most of them being flyable, too. I would love to see a dedicated Korean air war sim focused on air-to-air combat with high fidelity flight and damage models similar to Aces High, but it clearly isn't going to happen anytime soon, if ever.
In our ever so small niche of PC air combat simulation, WW2 is by far the bread winner for developers. After that, modern jets sell the best. All the great generations in between are left behind
At least WW1 still gets some love periodically.
In the mean time, DCS World has the F-86F, MiG-15bis, and P-51D. It just needs a terrain map and a ton of ground objects and AI aircraft to make it work half decent.
