DR and myself spent countless amounts of hours sitting in some random spawn telling jokes, laughing and killing some poor SOB that dared to spawn in. Damn good, calm cool guy. He will be missed.

I just happened to pop onto the forum after a bit of an absence and saw this.  Most of the time with these type of posts I've only vaguely heard the name or seen it pop up in the buffer with some kills but DR7 was always a pain in the butt since I can remember playing Aces High.
Him with his uber spawn camping, laser sighted tank and I can remember so many times when he would shoot me from out of nowhere and I would get so cranky along with everyone else that he killed. It was always "Damn DR7's at the spawn again! Lets get him!" lol
As much as he pissed me off from time to time he was always there and I have to say he has provided me with one of my favorite memories in Aces High.
I think it was on the south side of the Baltic map back in AH1 or 2 and I had spawned in a tank and of course you know what happened. There was DR7 camping away and ping, one shot and I died.   Tried to come back a couple more times getting angrier each time he shot me in the ass. So finally I get smart and come back with a JU-87 with the big bomb but only manage to track him but after another attempt or so I finally made a perfect drop in an F4U and bomb his silly butt back to the tower and MAN DID THAT FEEL GOOD!!!  LOL

So thank you DR7 for a memory that I've carried with me for years and I hope that you have found a good spawn to camp in the afterlife sir.   :salute

:salute Godspeed sir.  You and Wizzy can meet in heaven and go tanking together.  You will be missed.
I've noticed there's one nut that seems to fly a 39 and actually get kills in it. I'm not sure what's wrong with them...

Just dropped in to see what was going on here and good grief what is this. I have been playing here off and on since 2009. During that whole time span, one thing I could always count on was that there was going to be one hell of a tank battle where ever dr7 was. He seemed to always be on somewhere in a gv. This is a great loss to Aces High. Played with him and against him. A good friend and a deadly foe. For a while we called each other "cuz" short for cousin, in cross country chat. I will miss him next winter when I return.  :salute My friend dr7.
