Had a strange idea pop into the coconut the other day, yea I know that’s nothing new  :rofl , that when AH3is all caught up, a theoretical WW II kept going arena sort of might be intetesting.
Get the Me 262 and Glouster (sp?), F8 Bearcat, other planes as such. Might be hard modeling them with available data though.
Anyway back to thinking about whirled peas.
Far too many, if not most, people on this Board post just to say something opposed to posting when they have something to say.

Vulkan.

How well does the Vulken version perform? Are there any plans to add DLSS?  Is there any chance that the DX11 version of AH will be replaced with DX12 in the future?

There's a rumor in the dark web that we'll be getting the Gauntlet Arena.

The GA will be strictly a GV arena with one large base.  Players will roll out from a hangar and drive to the gauntlet area.  One long thin strip of pavement quarter mile long.

Enemy AI tanks will line up along the strip of pavement on both sides facing each other alternating to leave open spaces in front of each tank.  The AI tanks will be pre-programmed with a firing sequence.

Players will race through the enemy barrage attempting to reach the finish line without being blown to smithereens.

Just a rumor.  No denials or confirmations publicly as of yet.  Keep your fingers crossed.

Vulcan is basically a cross-platform API for 3D graphics and computing, minus a large overhead.

AH3 will only benefit from having Vulkan, it's not as good as getting another P-38 but a step in the right direction.

Anyway to approve those 2 other maps before you get tangled up in Vulkan? Would be great to have some new boards to fly on. New maps go a long way and bring excitement.
