Hi all,

getting the urge once again to join the virtual skies. Life has settled for a moment(even though Football is kicking up very soon). I know that the old community here is long gone, but there is still a community here keeping it going! Is there other options that other players have sought out in the virtual skies? I know it's a tad disrespectful, but I am not sure where the next best place would be.

Hey there fud!! Long time..

No clue about something 'better'.  I'm coming back late Aug or Sept depending on how things go.  Had a few set backs this week (mom on chemo so I covered groceries for them etc).  Personally I prefer to come back and see what I can do to make it fun and grow some more.

I was on a reddit aviation sub this morning and people were fawning over a Spit vid. I just casually mentioned they could give the game a try and we'll see if it gets any bits.

Come on back.. I'm sure you're rusty.  I know I will be.  Maybe we can duke it out a time or two to knock that rust off

oh and edit: Ignore Zack.  While he rails against drug use I strongly suspect he takes daily doses of heavy psychotropics.  I didn't even post his kind of nonsense when I was passing out drunk back in the day.

I used to drink a lot of beer but I stopped drinking more than 8 years ago. I'll still have an occasional margarita. Very rarely I'll go to a neighborhood bar and have one or two, then leave.

There's a great liquor store nearby that has just about everything. It's fairly big. They carry a lot of specialty beers.

Never tried it but when I was a young lad I found a six pack in the stock room.  Got my parents to buy it for me as a lark.  Sold said six pack for $250 years later. 

I'm not above drinking cheap beer.  It's like driving a Yugoh to me.  It aint pretty, it aint sexy, and it's kind of embarrassing when your friends see you with it, but it gets you where you're going and, at the end of the day, that's all that matters
