KGann (my original wingman from AW and into AH), Buzzard (he was a good friend to me and both my parents)

Whels (also a long time friend and squadmate, who helped me when I was hurt bad and out of work from Oct '03 to May '05)(other squadmates helped me a lot as well)

LW (LoneWolf) a great friend and squadmate

I am sorry...gonna have to stop here....

He was a character!  FYI...he was dealt with, same as you,Brother! IYRC?   Last I had heard.."BW...you ain't gonna believe this!  I tried to get on last Evening, but I took a nap in my recliner...a bit too close to Wood Stove....I just about cooked off a couple Toes! Almost? Brother I f'ed them up!"   Me, naturally...."I thought I smelled 'LIL Smokies'?"    "NO SIR!!!! You smelled MY '190's exhaust!  :rofl  Almost/Did actually, cook off his toes and still in game (the next evening)TRUE!!!  Flew Right through me :rofl  Right AFTER, His'...3 DAYS in, to playing with TracIR.   CHIT..I tell ya! "On today's Episode of How Fugged up, is Fugged Up?  Dat's Fugged UP!"    :rofl   I miss Chilli as well, Chilli was my 'FIRST' Pay it/ Invest Forward, towards my Family. He tried to recruit me into a Chapter/Timeline Driven, Campaign mode in AVA Arena.    Chilli was a HOOT as well!  One of the the most"Where he at players" was LJB#####...cant remember the Numbers after LJB.   He was a LOT like Wizzy! Raspy Voice and timely "Check 6" calls.   Last I heard from him, He told me about his Wife having issues, Medically? "I might need to admit her into an Assisted Care Facility BW?"   CRICKETTES SINCE   I'd a sworn he was with the "Unforgiven"?    Luni..same Address?
first time I met FBDragon was at about 22k he just got done bombing our strats and was trying to get home he just lost his drones to a few of my fellow countrymen and was all alone..I was in a spitty he said on 200.."well spitty I guess you're here to finish the job.." I said" nope I'm here to escort you... I'm just tired of killing today figured I keep you company" he and I became friends after that... He was awesome always says hi when he had seen me on.... Miss him

Vilkas !

If you never heard him sing and old German marching song you really missed something special. He was my wingman in FSO for about a decade and I miss him every time I get a chance to fly FSO. We have a squad member who will remain anonymous who blows on his harp in memorandum, thx for that.  :aok

Stampf and I were talking about this tonigh while also talking about Music so on. We as JG-11 old and new can never forget about Walter aka  Vilkas . When I had enough perks for my first b29 flight he took the maiden flight with me and Frodo and I forgot who was the other 51 escort it was one of our free non German plane flying nights that this happened. I have to tell ya Vilkas had a great time with the amount of ammo he had to shoot bad guys down with!

Rip Vilkas

Dr7 was another class act he mastered the
spit which was his favorite plane since Air Warrior and his beloved M18 in aces

Pipzed for saying he was a Canukk but lived in New Jersey with his Moose and Muiltiple dogs he would of been lost!

The list goes on and will never End

So what are some memorable names from the past that stand out to you?

Daddog (332n'd Flying Mongrels) first squad I joined and full of just damn good guys.
Stampf (JG 11) got to be his wingman.  On of the finest commanders in the history of ever. He actually posted that I was his best wingman ever months after I left the game.  It may seem silly but it meant a lot to me.
Skyrock.  his acerbic humor and wicked tongue on the boards were always worth reading.  The best part is when he put his name on something he was right 99.999% of the time.
Murdr.  Dude was a beast but such a class act all the time.  'how the hell did you do that?' 'oh let me show you'.
INK.  Still a dear personal friend to this day.  Got my first two and only tats I'll ever get from him.  And that diddlyer slaughtered me like a new born baby seal every time he saw me.
Shifty.  Dude had a passion and a love for the game.  Taught me more about ACM than anybody else and how to focus on paying my knowledge forward.  Class act all the way.
Widewing.  Another font of knowledge.  When he posted I read with interest because I knew I was going to learn about something new.

Couple of mentions because I can't remember their in game handles.

John the mechanic.  Dude has helped out of more car problem jams than I can count.  Guess that's why I forgot his handle.

Dr. Dave.  GI.  Literally saved my exes life when he suggested her problem may be crohns and turns out it was from 1300 miles away.  So class a dude.  I HATED asking him for advice but I was desperate when she weighed 85 lbs, couldn't walk, and in ICU constantly.

I know I'm missing out on several but those are the ones that leap to mind at the moment.

This is a top tier list. Stampf is god like in terms of C.O. ability. Widewing I vividly recall training me In my early days of AH. Fun times.
