Shameless yes

Ian was the younger gay brother that became gay Jesus in the series

New track has it up the mouth of Tampa Bay ...what has been feared since we moved to central Florida in 83 from NE Florida

Not our first but this is now routed as a cat 2 right over the house Wednesday night

If you are not easily offended I would suggest the series..it was on Showtime to start...funny as heck...it actually had a decent series ending

Stay safe.

A year ago I was ready to retire. Wanted out of California for a multitude of reasons and shopped around for a place to live. Looked at the south, but everywhere I looked there it was either hurricanes or houses in flood plains with the humidity. Looking midwest it was tornados..

Didn't want to be where it snowed so ended up in southern Nevada.

I hope everyone here in Florida dodges the bullet down there.

The biggest danger I face here is if the A/C stops working..    :aok

When storms come in here, east Texas, we hook up the 5th wheel RV and head to the Hill Country. Make a vacation out of it. I have always been well insured and just hope for the best.

I've worked most of the hurricanes that have hit the southern US in the last 25 years.

Any hurricane that strikes a populated area is bad.

Right now Florida has an estimated 30,000 linemen and support personnel staged for this storm. I'm in a stand-by cycle to travel after the damage has been initially assessed.

Its not gonna be good, but it may not be as bad as media and doomsayers want it to be. I've traveled for hurricanes that were nowhere near as bad as the media hyped them up to be.

I'll tip you nicely if you can get my power back on in less than the two weeks it took after Charley.  We went about five weeks total (three storms right over us) without power  that season.
