Whiteman has complained about losing icons and poor frame rate
Bopgun has noted frame rate drop in two Posts his solution is to forego x-mass and get a new card,
My card is not even 6 months old can't afford a new card over this map

I lost icons but my frame rate is 144 looking at clouds and 77-95 looking at the terrain.

And I'll bet that if you check the specs on those players computer they will have weak system to. You bought a cheap card and this is the issue you will you into. My card, while being old was a top card back then. Most of my numbers, you speed, memory speed, memory ram and so on it twice what your card is.

A solution for you is to either upgrade your video card, or turn down the graphics on this map.

my GPU is the HD 7950 3GB card, my CPU is a I7 -3770 these exceed the posted requirements for the game. If this is changed, please post what is now required I upgraded the motherboard approximately 6-8 months ago, since 7950 was working fine with three monitors I bought a new HD7950 GPU.

I have played DCS and the graphics are much better and had no problem with my computer or monitors. I prefer to play this game over DCS for my own reasons. I hope that the situation doesn't force a change for me.

What's the resolution of your monitor, what are the graphics settings you are using in game?

The reason I ask, is that I moved up to a 1440p monitor several months back and that kind of forced me to upgrade my system, from a i5-6600k, gtx 1080, to a i5-12400f, 6700xt, because I would get poor frame rates in certain situations within the game with the 1440 monitor where I didn't with a 1080p monitor.

The only thing I can suggest is to turn all your graphics setting to performance, set environmental map to 0, turn off shadows, reflections, and anything else that is not required, and see how that effects your frame rates.

1080 all settings set to minimum, environmental settings to none. On current map all settings to max , environmental to 1 and a 59-60 frame rate thank you for your help

Trying to understand why its HTC’s fault because the triple monitor can’t handle the game.

FJORDMA is the current map. I am getting a frame rate of 60 with slider set at midfield and environmental mapping set it one. This has occurred on the previous two maps also. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the same on the E TO map. Looking forward for when the bugs are corrected
