I fly Ki-84, 109G-14, N1k, A6M5b, F6F (off CV only) for 95% of my sorties.

My ^ E-Z mode junk vs P51D (most common), Spit16, La7, 109K-4 and FW190D. REALLY??

Switching to Bishops at night would result in having to fly multiple sectors to find a fight, or I could try an attack a base to see if it starts anything (which is often ignored as Knights are fighting Rooks).

It's moreso the map than the #s. If you had NDisles on all weekend, you'd see much better fights per the 3 sides because they would be forced to fight in certain areas and all 3 teams could reach each other. With maps like Bowl MA, 40 players on the whole map is going to look like no one is playing. If no one is attacking one side, there will be no one on that side defending. The 6 guys on that side are probably bombing at 25k or in a tank hiding somewhere shooting buildings. If the maps do not emerge the players, this is what you get late at night and ENY is just stupid.

I think asking someone to switch to a side with 0 action on that side with 7-8 players who aren't really playing as a team is not a rational solution. Especially if you cannot fly to the other side and join a fight or action. If I switch to a side with no action and no one defending or attacking, I'll just log off, so it won't really matter and that's one less player in the game.


I don't think this a player issue. I think its a map issue with maps that are too big to support off hours balanced gameplay.

that was my Christmas night in ah having to switch to bishops and ended u ppl being exactly as you described.

Honestly, a P-40 and maybe some B-25s are all you need to take a base 20 v 2.

ENY may stop you from using your favorite ride, but 3 or 4 players with experience will stop a horde of players from taking a base. I have seen this so many times over the years. You can learn an early war or mid war ride and become quite good at it if you spend the time. If one country has a huge advantage in numbers, then ENY is more than fair. If I attack a v base with a M-8, the opposing team will send out tanks, storches, and sometimes heavy fighters. If they do not send out all those rides I will de ack their base. You can count on it.

Do y’all really think prohibiting players from choosing low ENY rides is good for the business at this point? Who cares about base takes, who really cares about hordes, let players fully utilize all aspects of the game they’re paying for and have been for many years.

I think there should be rules in a game. IF you do not like this rule and want it removed, which other rules do you want removed?

Would be more preferable  to remove problem maps that don't support the gameplay during off hours. If there are no players on one side which is causing both other teams to have ENY issues, more people will log off rather than switch to a side with virtually no action. A low #s side is great for players who want to play by themselves and jabo random bases with no push back. Players who want to be emersed in action with other players aren't achieving this by moving to the low #s side. Most players don't want to fight against the team they just switched from. Therefore it's not achieving the desired of effect but rather giving a player reason to log. Perhaps we don't have to change the "rules" only remove some of the problem environments that are causing this embalance.

At the beginning of a tour all planes/vehicles are available. An ENY restriction is added to the player as time in game for the tour and scores rises. This way those players that are skilled enough to still do well in the weaker equipment are the ones restricted. The newer and less skilled players are the ones that continue to be able to use the better equipment as they are the ones who still need that crutch.

It would push some of these really skilled players out of their ponies and K4s and D9s and into F6s, P40s G2s and such.

Many games will let you pay to be better. Pay so you can't be killed. Pay so your guns kill easier. Pay so your tanks are faster. Pay so you are....   no need to improve, just open your wallet.

Let the play-for-free people refill these arenas... then all these problems go away.
