I am just pointing out things that I have observed watching these yt videos and experience with some in da that can continually kick my buttocks..

It helps to understand how some things are done and what's possible with much practice

The level of accuracy achieved by some in this game is outstanding imo

It's the chest beating childish ego noises especially public facing on yt that is unhealthy for the games future imo

<S> shida. Good to see you still around giving the MA the business end. Haven’t seen a thread this active in ages.

Except it isn't all that accurate. If you test it with a human friend you can see.

Of course, it has it's weaknesses but it certainly helps. But you can see why people wonder, especially if someone uses target locks in the DA in a 1v1 with no other aircraft around.

Whatchya mate. Come on back in, the water's fine.

But you can see why people wonder...

I think for a percentage of players it goes like this: I should not have been shot down. I can't get my plane to do what that fellow just did and therefore, hacker!

Of course the other possibility entails hard work.  :old:

lol why wouldn’t someone want to “break the plane” you’re trying to shoot at?

If you’re closing in behind me I will most likely let you closer and try for an over shoot or I will barrel roll and try to pick a turn direction you’re not ready for. Most people will over shoot but some people know my moves well enough lol… I only have a couple. Not sure if that counts.

I don’t just aimlessly flail about but I will for sure not give a flat shot if I can avoid it.

This whole pitchfork-wielding mob mentality is unhealthy to the game and community. Dale said Skyyr deserves a second chance over what amounted to a relatively innocuous infraction compared to some who are still allowed to fly here and even post in this very thread.

I did something which I'll bet never occured to the long-standing rivalry faction or the PWM group - I talked to him. Give it a try.  :old:

His second chance has resulted in the exact same "behaviours" as what got him banned in the first place. This player is a bully and an antagonist, using every chance he gets to harrass other players. The constant crowing on ch200 with dubious claims to protect his ego, plus the carefully selected and edited clips on YouTube with derogatory comments and misleading titles is another part of that compulsion. If anything, he is more brazen now than ever, empowered by sycophants and wannabes.

It has nothing to do with his flying technique, skills, or lack thereof. I am surprised and disappointed that anyone tries to defend this player when it is so painfully obvious that he is intent upon making other people's experiences in the game less enjoyable.

It is no secret that I did not agree with the decision to unban him, if for no other reason than the fact that he exhibited these same characteristics during his frequent returns under various shade accounts over the years. The very fact that he manipulated HTC to circumvent his ban, numerous times, should have been reason enough not to reverse it.

Nevertheless, I was hopeful that he would embrace the opportunity and behave in a more mature manner under the light of day. That hope died very, very quickly.

It'd be nice if we could all get along, but naive to not know that a game such as this (or any predecessor) is likely to lead to long-standing and irreconcilable feuds. All I'd point out is there is a lot of unexamined assumption regarding the ban the OP mentions. Obviously HiTech himself is responsible for monitoring fair play. That does not necessarily extend to keeping certain players away from each other in the arenas. It's a jungle out there.

I've had my share of people / groups trying to 'get that bastard shida'. For what? Just outflying them outnumbered on the deck in the olden days. Of course it's up to you how much of the crowing / bragging / insulting / griefing you take on board or indulge in. Nowadays I just try to reflect on my flying and get a new plane. It's the nature of many things to go full circle.

200 has been a taunting watermelon show for a month now. I turn it off now just because it's full of "I got u" "nuh uh I got u!" Type of BS in already low quality 200.
