It's proper and right to give people a second chance, if they've acted repentant of previous behavior.
But HT doesn't seem to monitor complaints closely any more.
So the most likely result of this player's return is that things will go smoothly for a while, and then he will regress to his previous behavior.
And nothing will be done, and some long term subscribers might be driven off as a result.

I found something interesting. I logged onto a server on another game I play and there was a bunch of hunting people, changing sides to fight people BS and at the same time complaining about the numbers being low on the server... I wonder if somehow the two things might be related...
