NY gun laws are unconstitutional so legally you don't have to follow them. One might consider civil disobedience and exercise one's right to be silent.

You have to follow laws until it's taken to a court and they determine it's unconstitutional and removed. You saying it's unconstitutional as an opinion is laughable in any court, or to any cop, you'd do the time.

It's not that way in all NW IN, but Gary is a 4th world country on it's own. It's fairly contained to Gary. The other suburbs are actually quite nice and rich. "Murder Capitol of the Country" for 20 yrs. I was shot at there, someone trying to snipe me walk to the town hall.....horrible shot, missed 4 times. Obviously

Point being, they have guns because any damn fool can get one here. It's not just arming the good guys, it's arming the bad guys twice as much.
