When I switched to rook I saw that BB was being his usual obnoxious self but to Haggerty this time, and Haggerty is almost always very chill. Picko thought it was funny but I was gritting my teeth because I'm one of the usual targets and I'm tired of it and don't like seeing it being done to others.
So, yeah, I reported him. Not to get him muted (although that would have been a very welcome side-effect). But because his demeanor deserved it. And yeah, I could have just squelched him and have done so in the past, but then you're being slandered over and over with no ability to defend yourself against false accusations because you don't know what he's lying about this time around. Not really a great option.

I wouldn't let his opinion or words about you bother you.. they hold no weight with anyone that plays this game.

Squelch is the best option here.

we all want to win the War but he does get carried away at time's ,,,,, I forget the last time I won a War with a country

There have been times when a bunch of players all got together and reported another player all at once just to get him silenced.  There have been times when this has been abused by groups of players.  So there is a system in place to stop people from abusing the report system.  I don't know if it is automatic or not.  But if it is automatic, that could explain the group squelch.

I have participated in the capture of several thousand bases since my return from ban. I have lead the capture of a thousand bases. I have captured on my own between 2 accounts a few hundred. I have worked with dozens of players to achieve strategic victory in a host of environments and situations. I have also worked with gldnbb and have even been squad mates despite his decling memory to verify.

Gldnbb just wants to win the war but he is no leader. He is an average strategic player at best who specializes in limiting the enemies logistical capability to wage an offensive. Anything outside of that and he is just mediocre. These episodes, which unfortunately for him have increased, parallel his alcoholism and manic episodes.

Let's let gldnbb and everybody else just be themselves. He pays his bill, actively participates in the game, and cant do a darn thing to anybody irl except get under their skin.

Hagg is taking his lick like a man despite the forum whine for validation and life goes on.

2 things - its freaking 50 perk points to win a map, it doesn't even go into a record book. The only time I care about winning a map is to force it to change to new map that provides better fights.

"Its Muh $15 a month" is a direct contradiction to winning the war and or your idea of strategy. You should never expect your team to have any strategy or communication at all. There's really no incentive at all to attack or defend a certain area. Expecting players to play how you want is always akin to disappointment. I can understand talking crap once in a while to get your team motivated but continuing to berate your teammates for not playing that way after playing for years and knowing better is akin to a mental condition.

He never tries to win, all his orders are to defend a base.  For example yesterday he was complaining that rooks have been ignoring A38 for the entire day, yet almost all of the rooks were there defending it.  Every hour that went by he would complain that he's been demanding we defend the base...of course it was never taken because most the rooks were there all day defending it.  I asked him to bring troops to a base and he said I was insane.  Of course I had that town prepped and radar down, troops would've easily got in.  It would've opened a gv front for the team to retake the island.  Then again I wrecked the port for the CVs he was complaining about for hours, never got troops.  It would've shut down any leverage they had on 38.  He is only focused on not losing, but never winning.

But what do I know, he "plays chess while I play checkers"

So 50 perks a day is what the bish horde gets for having zero opposition except one or two who feed thier score over and over.

50 perks adds up when it happens every morning EST and I believe it's a big motivational factor.
