OH MY 

I would say horses for courses. AH offers relatively immediate action DCS needs you to set at least an hour set aside to do anything worth doing.

When it comes to learning what is possible in your ride AH has it, for immersion its probably DCS.

Interestingly the reapers fly over a number of platforms which makes sense.

If I was forming a squad now and had the time I would make it a multi game squad over AH, iL2 and DCS.

The more I think about it the more I think I am going to fly AH, DCS and consider IL2. All good 

Plenty of people of our generation who want to fly ww2. (Also Star Wars is basically WW2) It should be available for free in the UK on the NHS to combat dementia. In the USA with a discount on your health insurance etc

And finally if you want to learn ACM its def AH and $15.99 per month is very good value for so much work and works on an average PC. I wish it was still in development.

Thanks to showing alternatives, some other combat flight simulators could have good features. However, there is no need to post videos  from other games  here or promote them. I personally believe  AH has the perfect balance between entertainment and good enough realism.

At 50 mins into the video they show some truly awful landings but what looked most odd was what looked like a 12,000' X 500' runway with white lines painted on it.

if you like your friends here, DO NOT listen to AKIron or Cpt.Trips, they love when they get someone to do what they don't want to be marred for doing so they don't get banned from here, or points against their profile. Like when they stand on the report button every time I post anything. You'd be their 6th sucker On the front page Skuzzy would have locked or deleted it. We all saw the 128 page DCS post they got some poor guy to post, and the poor guy got tarred and feathered while they did all their promoting for 128 pages. They set that poor guy up for a lashing,keeping their own hands clean. That's what they do. You're #6
