Hope you get better soon xanax!

Did you get the horse riders number?

I'd think she owed you one  :aok

Thanks. MRI says no ligament tears but some torn cartilage I can get taken care of when this swelling goes down. Quite a relief actually.

I don't think she was aware she parked her horse in the wrong spot. She was friendly enough but my bruised ego and a huge shot of adrenaline had me up and on my way coasting back to the parking area.

Damn Xan! That sounds pretty wild. Sucks it injured you so hard. People these days..most can't even get out of their own way.

Im not sure flying if the slow turners will help your knee if you use rudder pedals, I guess it will help to move it. Down low n slow turning constantly can be intense with the rudder.

Those planes certainly make the game harder and more challenging. Flying a P40 for a tour, I had some great fights, but even my arm was getting a work out constantly defending in the reversals. Some how my saitek peddles still work. Hey, being an "easy" target does make it seem like there are more fights as they all try to engage you for the "easy" kill  :rofl its a fantastic way to learn the art of defense and art of the overshoot. Though I always recommend coming into the match play with me so I can show you a few techniques that will greatly help you in the overshoot, and most importantly, avoid the HO. The match play spawn is a perfect place to practice avoiding the HO. There are some key concepts to avoiding the HO and gaining the advantage from it.

In any case, hope to see you out there. Don't get discouraged in the harder slower planes, they do take a bit more patience and work, but make the game so much more entertaining for everyone IMO.

 :salute

Thanks! I'd like to take you up on those match play lessons. Luckily, I have VKB pedals so all I need is good feet-no need to move this stupid knee. Hopefully I get it cleaned out on Tuesday morning.

I know the concept and used to utilize a decent reversal but need some practice and lots of it. Bring it! I saw you a few times as Skyline (after the amazing Nissan?) wipe my neighbor Leisure a few times in a Zero. You were defending a base take in said Zero and you blew him up. I laughed despite knowing I'd have met the same fate.

Bring it! Dyin' is learning in a video game.

You were distracting by yelling and I was using your gear with your crap settings. Scaling for Y axis and a dead zone the size of Texas on the rudders!

To be honest, Skyline was amazing fending off a bunch of us. I don't remember that he was in a Zero though. Didn't matter as I think he could maneuver a brick against the 109G I was in and whatever the other 3 were in. I'm pretty sure he got us all- I was the first to die. It was like a Skyline racing a bunch of Dodge Aries K cars in the quarter.

Not sure what my CPID will be, depends on what's available. Nephew and Leisure have their own PC's now so I have my windows PC in the shop all to myself.....they both still steal wireless and bandwidth....losers! shoot them down on sight.....I don't know their ID's however.

Look for Xanax or Awful as far as I go.I'll announce my ID if both those are not available.

Mine hasn't even shipped yet. Stick and pedals sitting in shop unopened. Nephew playing HLL on his Dell.

HiTech! Too late to roll out a Mac version? <G> I miss Warbirds on my Mac-Aces High would be so much better!

You could prob run it on your Mac if you installed Linux and then proton or one of those other programs that let you run windows games on Linux. I know WT runs better on Linux.

Thanks, I'm hoping to get a good base defense film tutorial when I can get the time.

Thinking about it. Man, Xanax and ZE teaming up in Brewsters could be quite scary  :old:

I got 2 at a time last night,.. ya,.. something puckers for sure.

meniscectomy at 0900 tomorrow. Hopefully just a trim and only a couple days hobbling around on my crutches. Way easier than meniscus repair or ligament replacement, that's for sure! This'll be cake. I think I'll be doing the Macarena within a week, easy.

Was hoping to never use crutches again but what the hell, it'll go quick this time.

Thanks, fellas! All is well. I'm even able to hobble around without crutches pretty good-I haven't even dipped into the Norco they gave me. I will though, along with a glass of Barolo and some charcuterie.
