We now know their were no Democrat's  at the "Alamo"

Maybe not quite true.  There was a split in the democratic party before the Alamo which would eventually become accepted as Southern Democrats.

It has not been that long ago, if you wanted to get elected in the South, you had to label a Southern Democrat.

But they did.vthey all ran away.  :rofl
Same with MAGA because they don't want the you know who files to come out. Remember kids if they have nothing to hide they would release the files by now and that every accusation is a confession.

Why didn't Biden release them, along with his son's laptop?  Tough times for the left as 15 years of corruption is coming to light.  Watergate?  LOL, ok.

The Documents were sealed so by law it wasn't possible but the law doesn't matter to the MAGATs

Grand jury transcripts, in federal and, so far as I know, most/all state courts, are confidential and not available to the public.  Releasing them to the public is quite rare, and usually tinged with politics.

Yet, legal to release?  Have we known a more corrupt time in this country's history, Oldman?
Regardless, the poster defending Biden for not releasing the files (using legal precedent as an excuse) is the exact same poster claiming Trump was blocking the files from being released.  Talk about trying to have it both ways.

Since politics is rolling for the milking…

The president can release every single court trial file in 10 seconds, period. No permission required.

All Grand Jury testimony does is establish if there is enough probable cause and/or evidence to proceed with actual charges. It is not the full investigation nor testimony of hearing/trial. It does not include any trial, nor evidence presented in it. It is a tiny fraction of the files and separate.

They chose this route knowing it would be likely denied, false positive. Grand Jury files are rarely, if ever, released and this admin and DOJ know that in advance of making the erroneous offer to appease.

This is evasion, nothing more, nothing less.

We will see them the same day we see his taxes,… never, not under his rule.
The reason is well beyond obvious to any logical mind. You have to put actual effort into ignoring it.

The question is not why Biden chose not to, it’s why is Trump putting so much effort to not?
Biden’s name isn’t in it, Trump’s IS. 2+2=4, 2x2=4.

You are quite right but in this new Realm with a "yes Master" SC and JT, I suspect the old rules set by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights might be gone.

You guys might want to get on the same page.  We've got a Canadian lecturing us on our Constitution, while two liberals argue over legal precedent.

I recall a time a guy in the barrack asked my buddy (a smartass) who was on watch how long to put a bag of popcorn in the microwave. My buddy said some sarcastic comment like: "15 or 20 minutes should do it" The barracks smelled like burnt popcorn for weeks!
