Most products are available in sufficient quantities from domestic production. So tariffs are not necessarily a defacto tax. That's a typical Roberts copout.


Funny, there are massive tariffs and embargoes against U.S. produced products world wide. You never hear people complain about that. But if the U.S. reciprocates, that's a major offense, especially if a republican does it, and God forbid Trump, because according to the media and the democrats, anything he does is evil.

He cannot even begin to hold a candle to his contemporaries, Scalia, Thomas, and Alito. His "leadership" is a consistent record of cowardice in refusing to accept cases, and his record of "jurisprudence" shows his inability to author any outstanding opinions or dissents.

The total interest on a $300,000, 30-year mortgage at 6% is approximately $281,378.13. The total interest on a $300,000, 50-year mortgage at 6% APR is approximately $559,221.32. Top it off, on the 50, you are creating almost zero equity.
