Maybe, but bumping a 10 year old thread IS!  IN!
There's nothing in the forum posting rules about it, plus it saves memory. I don't see a reason why not.

10- Do not punt topics. Punting would be making a non-substantive post for the express purpose of bring the thread to the top of the thread list.

Would have been better to post a link me thinks. IN.

whatever the reason for bumping, milomorai has since posted new and useful information about this bird, so overall a worthy revival of a snoozing topic :aok

wonder what the 47mm ballistics were like  :headscratch:

I bet that if the rate of fire was high enough, you could fly backwards.

Irony:    The people who complain about bumping old threads are the same exact people who whine "use search function" when a new topic is posted on the same subject as said thread.

RTH,  if you go to Tony Williams excellent website you can check the ballistics of pretty much any weapon you desire.

I think it's a good thing to revive topics, it gives the opinion of a while ago giving people insight on the topic.

ah the good old days when Tony used to drop in to discuss guns.
If you do not have flying guns, it is a fantastic book.

...Because they add nothing that wasn't in the thread they didn't search for.
