Yep, gun control laws only affect those legal owners...those that don't adhere to laws don't care, other than it makes their job that much easier.

Of course if every idiot gangster in London could pop down the high street and buy an Uzi, a sniper rifle and some AP rounds with their drugs money at a quarter of the price they pay now, the streets would be much safer
